Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Naughty Parties by Sienna Sinclaire, we strive to provide exceptional services and experiences. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our refund and cancellation policies below. By sending payment, you agree to these terms.

Bus & Private Tours Cancellation Policy

Full Payment: Required at the time of booking.
5-Day Cancellation Policy: A $100 cancellation fee applies if canceled at least 5 days before the event, minus processing fees.
After 5-Day Policy: A $500 cancellation fee applies if canceled less than 5 days before the event, minus processing fees.

Porn Tours Cancellation Policy

Full Payment: Required to book any behind-the-scenes package.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Once your date is set, a 50% deposit is made for talent, venues, and other services. Deposits are non-refundable due to vendor policies.
10-Day Cancellation Policy: If canceled 10 or more days before the shoot, 50% of the total payment will be refunded, minus processing fees.
After 10 Days: No refunds will be issued.

Zoom Classes

Full Refund: Available if canceled 3 days before the scheduled class.
Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued if canceled less than 3 days before the class.

Naughty Parties

No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable.
Event Credit: If you can’t attend, email us before the event, and your payment will be credited toward a future event.

Photo Shoots

Full Payment: Required at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits for makeup artists, hair stylists, photographers, or videographers are non-refundable.

Private Parties

Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required unless a vendor requires full payment.
10-Day Cancellation Policy: A $500 cancellation fee applies if canceled 10 or more days before the event, minus processing fees.
After 10 Days: No refunds will be issued. Vendor refund policies will apply to items like food, decorations, and entertainment.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits for vendors, food, or entertainment are subject to their individual refund policies.
