Naughty Guides
Elevating Your Brand with Custom Marketing Strategies

The Naughty Travel Guides are where it all began—my first published series that combined travel, history, and a bold, sexy twist. Each book uncovered the hidden, naughty side of a city, from secret histories to nightlife hotspots, transforming a simple guide into an award-winning brand experience. What set these books apart wasn’t just the content, but the vision: creating something customers didn’t just read, but wanted to step into.
These guides are a perfect example of how I approach branding—by building a world around a product. From design and writing to launch parties, media coverage, and merchandise, the Naughty Travel Guides show how a single idea can expand into an immersive lifestyle. Today, I use that same process to help other brands bring their stories to life—whether it’s through books, campaigns, or full-blown immersive experiences.
NAUGHTY GUIDES
Los Angeles
My first book, Naughty Girl’s Guide to Los Angeles, won two awards for Best Travel Guide and sold out in its first year. Its success put me on radio, TV, and even red carpets—but I wanted readers to experience more than just the pages. That’s when I launched a Meetup group to bring the book to life by visiting the places I wrote about, which quickly grew into a huge success.
The buzz led to a feature on the TV special "Sex for Sale" with Elizabeth Vargas, who came to my home to interview me and filmed one of my parties. This book launched everything—sparking four more Naughty Travel Guides and ultimately the brand and businesses I run today.
NAUGHTY GUIDES
Las Vegas
IMy second book, Naughty Girl’s Guide to Las Vegas, won an award for Best Travel Guide and marked the moment I went bigger with promotions. By then, I had a strong Meetup following, which gave me a built-in audience. I promoted heavily in Vegas, including a feature on Bravo’s TV show Gigolos, where I showcased the book.
The buzz caught the attention of Sapphire Strip Club, who hosted my launch party with burlesque performers and the cast of Gigolos (see video below). They even put me on my very first billboard in Vegas. Over 200 guests attended—many from my LA group—and the event cemented my reputation as a writer of naughty travel guides and an expert in the field.
NAUGHTY GUIDES
San Diego
With "Naughty Guide to San Diego", I shifted from print to eBooks—making them easier to update, faster to create, and more cost-effective. San Diego wasn’t a full guide like LA or Vegas, but a curated escape—perfect for a naughty weekend away.
For the launch, I did something different. I dressed up as a Madame and led guests on a brothel walking tour of the Gaslamp District, guiding them through the city’s naughty past. Thirty guests joined me during the day, and that night we ended with a lively launch party at a bar with over 100 attendees. By teaming up with other local Meetup groups, I built fresh excitement while giving my own community a unique, immersive experience.

NAUGHTY GUIDES
Vancouver
"Naughty Guide to Vancouver" was my first international guide and the last in my Naughty Travel Guide series. I focused on West Coast cities since those are the places people on the West Coast travel to most, and Vancouver was too beautiful—and too naughty—to leave out. While it wasn’t big enough for a full book, it had plenty of hidden gems, sexy nightlife, and naughty adventures to fill an ebook.
I didn’t host a launch party for this one since it was in Canada, and by then I was moving away from big events for every release. In fact, I had already started on a sixth "Naughty Guide to Chicago"—I’d begun researching the city when Covid hit. That moment changed everything: I stopped writing books and shifted to blogs on naughty travel and lifestyle instead, while also growing my businesses. The guides were time-consuming, but they gave me incredible experiences, and I’ll always treasure the process of writing and researching them all.
